Third Trailer!

Here's the new Star Trek Trailer- #3!

I gotta say, I'm worried with this revelation that Kirk was raised without his dad. I get it people- we are all growing up without our fathers, and it's an epidemic, but does EVERYONE in movies have to be an orphan these days? I'm excited, but cautiously optimistic!!

Star Trek Fans Learn About Romance....

Star Trek fans learn about romance from the one person capable of getting through to them- Captain James T. Kirk.

I was up until 3am last night making this video. Enjoy:

Yes, I am available to do talks at Star Trek conventions and anywhere else.
The success of Captain Kirk's Guide To Women has been weird. Star Trek fans like it, but are always looking for what I DIDN'T add, and then are very impressed with my answers. It's like they're always TESTING to see if I really am one of them.

This video I hope will put that question to rest!

Naruto Trek Convention!

This weekend I went to the Naruto and Star Trek Convention in Ft. Lauderdale Florida to sell my book "Captain Kirk's Guide To Women". It was fun, but I'm afraid that the Naruto fans FAR outnumbered the Trek fans.

I sold to every Trek person there, but that wasn't that many.
I also got to do my talk about the book, which I'll put online one of these days.

Here's a funny picture- one "shuttlecraft" getting a jump from another!

Star Trek Convention in Secaucus!

I went to Secaucus New Jersey to Creation's Official Star Trek convention this past weekend, and I had a GREAT time!

We set up a table and put up a couple of posters, and gave away a bunch of http://www.SpocksGuideToWomen.com slips, so people could buy some copies of "Captain Kirk's Guide To Women"!

It was Laura's first time at a convention, and well..... I think she thought
it was all pretty weird, but soon enough, she was talkin' Trek with the rest of us!

The best part was how people who bought the book on Friday came back Saturday and Sunday to tell me how much they enjoyed it!

LOVE Long and Prosper!

The Edited Manuscript is HERE!!

So, today the publisher sent me back the manuscript for Captain Kirk's Guide To Women, my Star Trek book.

She looks like she was in major surgery!

There are SO many editing marks... she looks like she's been through a WAR!

Still, I looked on AMAZON today, and there she was, with a release date!

http://www.CaptainKirksGuideToWomen.com

I gotta add some last-minute jokes and stuff to her, and then she's off!!

Bones Pulls an All-Nighter...

Wow- I haven't done THAT in a while...

On Thursday night I stayed up ALL NIGHT through the morning putting some finishing touches on my FIRST DRAFT of My Star Trek Book- "Captain Kirk's Guide To Women".

I sent it in Friday morning, and I was delirious... I dunno if it was funny or not, but to me it was HILARIOUS... and SERIOUS... maybe it was just me!

"Autobots- Roll Out!"

I took a break from writing my STAR TREK BOOK,

www.CaptainKirksGuideToWomen.com

and saw the TRANSFORMERS movie that I had been waiting for for over a year.
I was giddy with antici.....pation as the previews started, and there was one for some J.J, Abrams movei. At first I thought it was Star Trek XI, but the release date was wrong.. I guess well find out what that is later.

As for TRANSFORMERS, I liked it. I didn't LOVE it. There was a ton of fanboy stuff "One shall stand, one shall fall", and "Autobots- Roll out!" were quotes that excited the hell out of me.

However, the script was pretty bad, in that they spent ENTIRELY TOO MUCH TIME with stupid stuff. Megatron was only in it for 20 minutes, and fights were all too close up, so you couldn't see what was happening. For a lot of the shots, it was just a jumble of metal, and no distinguishable movement.

I wish they didn't spend so much time "Looking for the glasses", as they didn't have what they needed on them anyway.

Overall, I would say it was better than Fantastic Four, but not as good as Live Free or Die Hard.

It wasn't the movie it could have been, but it wasn't Daredevil either.
